The evaluation examined UNDP?s contributions to development results during the 2002-2007 and 2008-2012 programme cycles. It focuses on the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of programme activities in achieving intended programme outcomes, as well as the potential sustainability of the results achieved. The ADR also assessed UNDP?s strategic positioning and approaches, drawing general conclusions and recommendations to improve UNDP?s future strategy and approaches have been made.
