Justification: Cambodia will receive ICPE in early 2022. Since the ICPE will serve the purpose of evaluating the office performance and inform the development of the new CPD, the office decided to drop this CPD MTR as it is seen as not effective both in term of financial resources spent and human resources needed. This adjustment to the evaluation plan was also supported by the Government Coordinating Agency, the Council for Development of Cambodia (CDC) who share the view that there is no value added to conduct similar evaluation exercises, and that would overload nationals stakeholders.
