Justification: After discussion with GEF colleagues at HQ, it appear that the end of Project Report, which was concluded in June 2022, was the final evaluation deliverable for this project, as part of the GEF requirements. The CO Management then decided to cancel this evaluation which will not bring any additional lessons on that already closed projet.
