Justification: Due to the significant budget losses of 170,500 USD due to the unfavorable exchange rate, funds initially envisaged for Project's final evaluation will be used as a contingency fund to cover the planned activities, if the results of some procurement processes would exceed the estimated budget. Minutes of the NAC II Steering Committee with the decision to renounce to the Project final evaluation are available.
