Cancelled
Justification: The outcome evaluation was planned to assess progress of CPD outcome at the midpoint. However, CO Management has endorsed the replacement of the three (3) outcome evaluations in the Plan with a Mid-term Review that would cover all Country Programme outcomes in one evaluation study. The Mid-term Review aims to assess results, challenges, and risks, especially following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to inform Management’s course corrections and adaptive approaches to ensure that the Country Programme makes the intended contributions to development results at the country level. The Country Programme Board has been informed about the revision to the 2019-2023 CPD Evaluation Plan via exchange of letters. The changes will likewise be discussed at the upcoming Country Programme Board meeting. The Mid-term Review will be added in the ERC evaluation plan. Many thanks.
