Final Evaluation of the Integrated Local Development Project Phase III

Justification: The Project notes delays in its implementation caused by political factors and the Corona-19 pandemic; therefore, in agreement with the donor, it is preparing the project extension for additional 6 months, by the end of August 2021. To enable evaluation of the entire period, the Project requests postponement of the Final Evaluation to June 2021. The new evaluation completion date is to be included in the Evaluation Plan of the next Country Programme 2021-2025.
