Justification: The project in 2020 faced delays in implementation due to COVID-19 pandemics outbreak and also other elements and issues as well. The project team asked for extension of the deadline for finalization of activities and the the request for no cost extension until end August 2021 was submitted to donor and subsequently was approved. Considering that this was a final evaluation the request for change of the deadline for evaluation to reflect the new end date was already approved. In the meantime UNDP Kosovo had to create a new evaluation plan for the period 2021-2025 to reflect new programme cycle. This project evaluation is already included in the new evaluation plan. The process of evaluation for this case already is finalized and completed and all the data and information are already uploaded and reflected in the new evaluation plan 2021-2025. Therefore in order to avoid double entries of the same project evaluation, we request the cancelation of the evaluation from this evaluation plan.
