Justification: The mid-term evaluation of the Support to the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (DALRRD) was included during the development of the CO’s Evaluation Plan for CPD 2020-2025 to be undertaken by March 2023. However, due to the pending signing of a new ProDoc, the planned mid-term evaluation will no longer take place. The Resident Representative, hereby, requests the cancelation of the mid-term evaluation on this project. The evaluations on the project will be included into the CO’s Evaluation Plan when the ProDoc is eventually signed off. The Inter Office Memorandum with Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development regarding the cancelation of the evaluation will be shared with the evaluation focal point from the Regional Bureau through an email.
