Justification: According to the original country office evaluation plan, the SDG project final evaluation should in October 2023 . But based on senior management and Government of Iraq request , UNDP responded positively to the request in developing the NHDR and the MPI reports under the SDG project for 2023- 2025 . We are Submitting this Note to File, looking for your approval to postponed the Final project evaluation till October 2025.
