Justification: We’ve reviewed our Evaluation Plan and kindly request you for the deletion of the Regional project evaluation “Strengthening Community Resilience and Regional Cooperation for Prevention of Violent Extremism in Central Asia”, II phase (Component for Turkmenistan) from ERC. This evaluation was planned as a part of our EP with end date in Dec 2022.
This project is still in the process of approval and CO Kazakhstan that will be responsible and coordinating the PVE Phase II final evaluation in 2024, please see attached AWP.
Could you please delete this evaluation from CO Turkmenistan Evaluation Plan as the deadline for evaluation is December 2022 before the evaluation status change to overdue.
