Justification: The project has a total budget of USD 1.3M and a duration of 42 months (considering potential extension). Its terminal evaluation was included in the EP, although it was not mandatory according to the UNDP Evaluation Guidelines.
The project is now preparing a no-cost extension request (from 36 to 42 months) and already amended a budget part using the amount initially dedicated for evaluation for implementing some of the remaining project activities (approved and endorsed by the the Project Board).
The cancellation is also cleared with the Regional Evaluation focal point.
