Justification: En atención a los resultados del analisis de evaluabilidad realizado a inicios de año, se llevó el punto a la Junta del Proyecto. Habiendo considerado que no sería posible superar los requerimientos, la Junta acordó suprimir la evaluación ya que este proyecto no se encuentra en condiciones de ser evaluado por los cambios institucionales y operativos del proyecto. Se considera que una evaluación no arrojaría información estratégica a las partes intresadas. Esto consta en el acta de Junta de Proyecto de fecha 31 de mayo de 2023.
