Justification: A Terminal Evaluation is planned in November, 2022. A no cost extension was to be requested and therefore a mid-term evaluation was in the planning. After consultations, CO decided not to ask for an extension and will undertake, as compliance to UNDP Regulations, only the Terminal Evaluation. Therefore, we are asking the deletion of the mid-term evaluation.
