Justification: The PSR project ended in 2023 and has since transitioned to the Chapter 12 project which is still at its inception stage, and it is envisaged that this project will be part of the Transformative Governance Portfolio which is under development. The PSR project came to end due to the political sensitivities around Public Service Reform in Zimbabwe as we approached the 2023 harmonized elections which took place in August. Due to the current geo-political situation in the country, we do not foresee this conversation and engagement in this area continuing anytime soon. Hence the request for the deletion of this planned evaluation.
