1 Extend the implementation of the Joint KonTum project into the second part of the project period and to reinforce the requirements for the project to reach its outcomes and goals
2 Support the project to move towards increasingly addressing organisational issues and issues of the enabling environment as part of the wider capacity development process, including the institutionalisation of the local level planning process within the province and legal aspects concerned on provincial and/or national level.
3 Play an active role in the strategy development of the project in the second phase of the project,
4 Urgently fill the technical support gap that results from the resignation of the Project coordinator, in order to enhance the technical capacity of the PMB on a sustained basis.
