Creating "networking" among ICT centers involved in the project. In fact, all centers involved in the project hardly had cooperation among them, except their mutual interaction in the workshops. Such networking is important for sharing feedback, information, experience, referral, and publicity. Creating a coalition for the disabled. This coalition may include many public, private, charitable organizations, NGOs, individuals, and mass media around a topic or an issue related to people with physical disability. The advantages of this coalition may include: Maximizing the benefits of available resources (human and financial), increasing professional growth due to exchange of information and experiences, avoiding duplicity in providing services, gaining peoples' trust, delivering services to beneficiaries in a more effective way, and improving communication among coalition members.
