Two staff members of the CO have recieved TOT training on HRBA to development. They then organized learning sessions for other CO staff. Dialogues have taken place with the government/national counterparts on HRBA to development. Full consideration has been given to HRBA when developing the UNDP new CPD for China (2011-2015).

RBM training has been conducted for the CO staff and staff from some government/national counterparts. The project management module in Atlas has been used to set targets and report results.
