2 | UNDP should discuss with CICETE their common vision of how they will work together on future projects, and in particular their respective roles in identifying outcomes, assisting each project to reach them and accepting accountability for overall success. |

4 | The Country Office should train all programme staff in results based management. They should also train project counterparts at the outset of each project. For this purpose, they should prepare a simple implementers guide to results based management. Two staff members of the CO have recieved TOT training on HRBA to development. They then organized learning sessions for other CO staff. Dialogues have taken place with the government/national counterparts on HRBA to development. Full consideration has been given to HRBA when developing the UNDP new CPD for China (2011-2015).
