This is a Mid-Term evaluation for the Action for Cooperation and Trust project (2005-2008). The evaluation will explore the quality of the delivery of outputs over the first 18 months as designed in the results framework and assess the potential of the project to meet its outcome level objectives. The evaluation will propose recommendations regarding course-re-direction in required.
