Evaluation is ongoing now (Feb 2010) and report will be uploaded once finalized. Planned outcome evaluation would, in this regard, create additional pressure to the project and would reduce implementation of the planned activities. Since both of the components are part of one CPD/CPAP programme component - poverty alleviation and social inclusion - it makes more sense to have one evaluation of entire component then to have two separate evaluations of two outcomes. In this light, one single evaluation could include both outcomes and would more coherently cover entire Social Inclusion and Poverty Alleviation programme component. Also, in this way it would be possible to utilize resources better, the evaluation itself would be more comprehensive, and it would cover the entire component as oppose to have two parallel evaluations for the parts of the same component. UNDP Montenegro will be doing new CPAP for the period 2012 to 2015 so it makes more sense to do this evaluation in 2011, closer to new planning period, and use it as a strategic input for the future programming.
