Analyze the problems also in the local context ( Gbapolu, Lofa, Cape Mount. It is not good practice to analyze problems solely from the national perspective( using mostly secondary data), and leaping to conclusions about strategy.
For the purposes of effective monitoring, it is necessary to identify and include output indicators in the log frame.
Complete the implementation plan by including the ?responsible? column which provides information on who is to carryout the activity.
Improve communication by providing feedback.
Develop and implement a project information dissemination strategy.
Enlist the services of a project officer to coordinate the field level activities of the project.
Provide training in the use of the tool kit for project staff responsible for monitoring.
