Recommendations
1 Transfer the Policy Support Resource Service to a local actor and provide support to ensure its launch and sustainability (any of the HLC, Dokumenta, RDC or a national archive or library or other appropriate government institution could be considered). Note also that a new acronym might be thought of ? ?PSRS? is meaningless and something more relevant should be considered, for example ?TJRS? (Transitional Justice Resource Service).
2 Continue to pursue collaboration with the Judicial Training Centre to build national capacity in accordance with UNDP overall objectives and strengthen the training methodology in addition to highlighting topics which could be the subject of future topics.
3 Fundraising should be done at both national and regional levels, preferably in coordination with the donor at both levels as well.
