1 More clear and logical plan for each year in order to know what the key findings of the program are and how to reach them.
2 More accurate measure for the impact of the each program in order to know the level of achievement of each program objective
3 Each village should work as a referral center to serve as an example and to share its experiences in order to give the vision to UNDP.
4 The budget should be clear on which level of resources are allocated to the CNPVM (National Program Coordinator of the MV), and which one goes to CVL (Committee of Local Village), in order to increase transparency of the management of funds.
5 The roles of CNPVM, CRCT (Regional Center for Science and Technology) and CVL must be clarified to allow better communication and coordination for the implementation of each program. Also, the roles of the CRCT must be strength, and CRCT should allocate more resources to CVL to increase the chance to participate implementation for each program.
6 The CNPVM should improve the method of supervision more efficiently, because the program currently shows very high expenses for supervision and travel.
7 More transparency in the funds management and more decentralized and autonomy of the CVL, as envisaged in the ECTIM (Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation Mozambique).
8 More effective mechanisms for participation via CDL in order to accelerate community involvement.
