The Modular Center is an independent entity and its partnership with UNDP is based on the contract for service provision. UNDP may continue this partnership in the future, but based on competitive selection process. Strengthened communication with the Ministry of Labor may be required to ensure sustainability and Government support to this Center.

Zebo Jalilova, Firuz Khamidov 2017/12 Completed Under Women and Youth empowerment in Zeravshan valley Project Vocational Training Center was selected for technical support, based on needs assessment conducted by UNDP CP – due to the fact that the project envisages work in Ayni district, but this VTI is the only such institution there. Following discussion with the Ministry of Labor and Migration and Employment, a range of educational materials were identified. Through the needs assessment, 5 books and 6 visual materials were selected for printing and dissemination among VTIs. History
