Recommendations
1 Climate Change increasingly needs to be viewed from an economic developmental perspective rather than purely environmental or scientific, and the Ministry of Finance therefore needs to be more intimately involved in Climate Change matters.
2 Development of a data management system to support science and technology development in Dominica.

The financial challenges in this country have impacted the project?s effectiveness. However, the project has generated a body of useful data to the country and created a good platform (identified skilled national and international staff, technology resources and networks) for the implementation of future Climate Change projects.
