This project is linked to the following CPAP outcomes: Vulnerable groups benefit from strengthened legal and policy frameworks and have improved access to security and rule-of-law institutions (Outcome 4) National institutions have addressed conflict-related violations of human rights and international humanitarian law and the post-conflict needs of victims.
