Evaluación de Medio Término Proyecto Manglar Artemisa Mayabeque
Este informe presenta la evaluación de medio término del proyecto, la cual analizó los tres componentes descritos arriba y evidenció aquellos aspectos que requieren ajustes en
futuros diseños de proyectos, en particular en cuanto a sus supuestos, diseño experimental y definición de indicadores. Esta evaluación tuvo lugar en el período
comprendido entre el 1 de Octubre y el 15 de Noviembre y se basó en análisis de documentos e informes y una visita al proyecto (Oct 16-20, 2017) en la cual se
entrevistaron los actores relevantes tanto en las entidades implementadoras como en las entidades beneficiarias del proyecto.
