Justification: The NAMA PST project end is planned to July 2021. An NCE has been requested and approved by the donor, the GEF. The launching of the EoP Review is on process - to ensure a good Final Evaluation and have both time and relevnt evaluator to proceed to the mission. As per the extension, this evaluation was added to the 2021-2025 CPD evaluation plan, and submitted to the Board in the CPD package. This evaluation will be inserted, as a part of the new evaluation plan, in the next plan.
