NEMO 2015/02 Completed St. Vincent and the Grenadines has been impacted by several notable events since 2010, namely Drought of 2010, Hurricane Tomas 2010, April 2011 Floods and December 2013 Floods. These events along with the implementation of the Comprehensive Disaster Management Programme (Policy and Strategy) has transformed the programmes and plans not only of the organisation but of the country

UNDP & NEMO 2015/03 Completed DRR activities have been planned using the Results Based Management (RBM) approach by the NEMO. However, this approach is only now gaining some momentum by Development Planning and the Ministry of Finance. It is a work in progress, and each year as the CWP is adjusted elements of the RBM is in fact included and used to ensure results and monitoring.
