The implementation of a project in 7 +1 countries, while from one side constituted an excellent modality for testing BAT and BEP in a wide range of situations, from the other side represented a very challenging task from the administrative, management and monitoring standpoint.

2

All national and local technical consultants and coordinators should have been brought together, trained at the same time on technical issues and project implementation, and discussed work plans together at the start of the project.

3

Build common procedures and reinforcing coordination in the early stage of project implementation.
