The evaluation was commissioned directly by the donor, Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC), therefore the evaluation standards followed in the evaluation process were the ones of the commissioner.
The Management response initially uploaded for this evaluation needs to be removed from the ERC on the donor's request because the donor has subsequently informed UNDP that it has considered it as an internal document.
