Outcome evaluation "Rule of Law"

Outcome evaluation "Rule of Law"

Cancelled
Justification: We are part of 2 evaluations this year, which examine Outcome level progress – the one is the ICPD evaluation, and the other is the UNPFD evaluation. Both will take place during this year; both will look at all of the UNPFD and CPD outcomes, gathering data, meetings counterparts, doing field trips, etc. Therefore, we believe we will collect sufficient evidence about all outcomes and making an additional/separate outcome evaluation will not bring additional value ; moreover, it will look surprising/unusual to our partners to keep going back to them with the similar sets of questions. So, indeed, its more effective and efficient to cancel separate outcome evaluations, as long as we will still collect a comprehensive information about all outcomes.
