Justification: The cancellation of the final evaluation was agreed at final project board meeting due to the fact that the UN Joint Programme was part of the Independent Country Programme Evaluation conducted in 2019, and the mid-term evaluation was held only 14 months ago, whereas all recommendations of which were successfully implemented. Moreover, as per updated UNDP evaluation guidelines, one evaluation is to be conducted.
