Justification: As you may know, in our CPD evaluation plan 2016-2020, we had intended to have a Final Outcome Evaluation of the Governance Portfolio during June and July 2019. In March and April of this year, a comprehensive ICPE was undertaken for the Country Office which comprehensively covered the Governance Pillar of our CPD. We are currently awaiting to receive the draft report for our review (before the end of this month). We are therefore requesting for a waiver to no longer undertake the Governance Outcome Evaluation and remove it from our Evaluation Plan.
