Justification: The CPD evaluation plan 2016-2020, intended to have a Mid-Term Outcome Evaluation for the Economic Transformation Portfolio undertaken during August-September. In March and April of this year, a comprehensive ICPE was undertaken for the Country Office which comprehensively covered the Poverty Reduction Pillar of our CPD. We are currently awaiting to receive the draft report for our review. We are therefore requesting for a waiver to no longer undertake the Mid-Term Outcome Evaluation for the Economic Transformation Portfolio and remove it from our Evaluation Plan.
