UNDP 2018/03 Completed The TE report of this project has been finalized and endorsed by the projects board.members. Four lessons learned sessions have been conducted at the states level. in addition to another one organized at the Federal level. The lesson learned and best practices outcomes on Project Management Unit (PMU) shared during the five workshop sessions in addition to the recommendations identified by the evaluation have been used/incorporated in the new proposal development at national level scaling up of climate change adaptation submitted for the green climate fund for funding.
