Justification: La Evaluación Independiente de Programa País (ICPE), ha analizado ampliamente los resultados del programa en su conjunto y que los hallazgos están siendo utilizados como insumos en la formulación del nuevo CPD 2022-2026 (actualmente en curso).
Es importante también tener en cuenta las limitaciones y restricciones de desplazamiento en el contexto de la pandemia que aún se mantienen, además del cansancio de las contrapartes después de 3 evaluaciones (UNDAF, MIC, ICPE) y 2 procesos de planificación (Marco de Cooperacion de las UN y el Programa de País del PNUD) en un mismo año.
