Justification: The main objectif of this project is the restoration of Ksours and Kasbahs, traditional buildings and habitats in adobe. Work is underway and will be completed only in the second half of 2020. We believe that it would be more appropriate to make only one final evaluation of this project towards the end of 2020, once the restoration works are completed
