Justification: As a few new projects under the SID-CHT programme started this year, a comprehensive baseline study will be conducted soon in 2019. A donor is also conducting its own assessment/review on some of the projects under the programme this year. Therefore, the CO would like to reschedule the mid-term evaluation in 2020. Subsequently, the final evaluation will be postponed after 2020. Therefore, the final evaluation will be removed from the CO evaluation plan in the current CPD cycle.
