Justification: Dear colleagues,
Please find attached in the documents section UNDP Armenia Internal Memorandum with the following justification for deletion of this outcome evaluation:
In 2019, Independent Evaluation Office of UNDP conducted a comprehensive Independent Country Programme Evaluation (ICPE) that reviewed systematically all development results / outcomes of the 2016-2020 Country Programme Document (CPD). The evaluation report is publicly available. The issuance of a separate process for this outcome evaluation would be excessive. The outcome evaluation is recommended to be deleted based on UNDP Evaluation guidelines and consultations with the Regional Office.
