Justification: La Oficina de País ha decidido cancelar esta evaluación porque anteriormente se realizaban estos análisis externos de verificación, siguiendo los lineamientos de la Secretaría del Fondo Multilateral para la Aplicación del Protocolo de Montreal. No obstante, hace un par de años desde la IEO-ERC indicaron que estos reportes de análisis no califican como evaluaciones y deben dejar de incluirse en el ERC.
