Justification: This governance and anti-corruption agenda was pipelined and developed keeping in mind the perspective to shift from project management approch to portfolio management approch. Unfortunately, no resources have been mobilized, so the program has not matured. As a result, it was not appropriate to keep the evaluations planned during the aproval of the CPD. That is why the cancellation is requested.
