Justification: These are recommended to be dropped as an ICPE was conducted last year and some projects were also evaluated in 2019. In addition, more evaluations are planned across portfolios. This gives a good picture of the progress since the targeted stakeholders and indicators will be similar. In addition, a Thematic Evaluation is planned for projects under the Inclusive Portfolio and should be able to capture some of the issues here.
