Justification: Dans son plan d’Évaluation du Bureau pays pour l’année 2020, le bureau Pays a prévu d’évaluer l’Effet 1 du CPD. Malheureusement à la date d’aujourd’hui, cette évaluation n’a pu se tenir à cause d’une chaine de crises que le pays a connue, depuis le mois de mars, notamment, les grèves contre la modification de la constitution, les soulèvements contre le 3ème mandat et les manifestations de contestation des résultats des élections présidentielles. A ces crises, s’ajoute le fait que suite à une analyse interne le bureau ne trouve pas une valeur ajoutée d’une évaluation d’effet en 2020, étant attendu qu’une évaluation finale est prévue pour Juillet 2021. Partant de la le Bureau demander la suppression de l’évaluation d’effet (Effet 1) du Plan d’évaluation 2018-2022
