Government and development partners could consider developing one hybrid M and E system that will be applied across all the sectors.

This recommendation is noted.  Currently government is implementing an integrated SDG program. Through this initiative, the M& E system in government will be strengthened.

The recommendation is noted and suffice to note that the UN is moving in that direction.  For instance the UN has developed draft joint annual work plan to implement resilience activities from the UNDAF.  The UN has also developed a joint project on Malawi Partnership for Resilience (MP4R) project.
