I have reviewed the details and this must have been entered in the system by accident, as this is a GEF project, which is due to have a mid-term review next year and a final evaluation in the end of 2024. Confirmation from GEF focal point is below. These evaluations will go to the next programme cycle and will be duly entered in the new Evaluation plan
Please could you ensure the system is updated accordingly - We cannot enter a date after 2022

Subject: Mozambique Conservancies and Wildlife Project, 00100673 Evaluations enquiry
Dear Goetz Schroth,
I hope that you are well.
My name is Serena and I am the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for UNDP Mozambique.
I am currently reviewing the Country Office Evaluation Plan 2021 and it came to my attention that the Evaluation Resource Centre (ERC) records the following information for Mozambique Conservancies and Wildlife Project, 00100673:
As you are aware this project is ending in February 2025 and I therefore believe that there may have been an error when the information was recorded in the ERC system. I have reached out to colleagues from the RBA to raise this matter and correct it and I was informed that, as this is a GEF project, authorisation to make any amendments to the information in the system is required from GEF focal points. Additionally, after internal discussion with project colleagues I understand that the mid-term review is due to happen in September 2021. Would you kindly be able to confirm if this is when the mid-term review is supposed to start or to be completed?
In light of the above, I would be grateful if you could look into this matter for us as I would like to amend the system (extend the dates) for both evaluations please – our dashboard is currently showing overdue evaluations and we need to take urgent action accordingly.
Please let me know if you wish to discuss,
Many thanks in advance for your assistance,
Best wishes
Serena
