Shift and improve bulk of the implementation activities thtrough faster mechanisms: either (1) country office support (where UNDP carries out implementation with agreement of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, on various decisions) or (2) subcontract project management to capable organizations with sector expertise.

Shift and improve bulk of the implementation activities thtrough faster mechanisms: either (1) country office support (where UNDP carries out implementation with agreement of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, on various decisions) or (2) subcontract project management to capable organizations with sector expertise.

Mid Term Review report has been shared with MNRE. Project implementation at MNRE end is extremely slow and consensus of the ministry is required for implementing the project with CO support.
