Justification: Based on the CPD midterm review mission, the women empowerment portfolio will be have a different wider scope; the portfolio will cover areas of social inclusion and leaving no one behind. We are currently developing the new scope and will share it with RBAS soon. Accordingly there is no need or funds to conduct such evaluation.
