A recommendation that will need to be scrutinized by PIU/ Department of Environment and discussed thoroughly with Department of Rural Development.  This is subject to approval by both Departments and have budget implications. For now, there is an existing LMMA officer based with the PIU. Instead it is suggested that in the meantime, the existing LMMA officer work with closely with a focal point based at the Department of Rural Development (and possibly several hours per week with focal point at Rural Development)
