Strengthening the Electoral Cycle in the Solomon Islands Project Phase II
Cancelled
Justification: See email from the project Chief Technical Adviser (CTA),
Dear Barbel,
The MTR has not been conducted.
Given that SECSIP period of implementation is expected to end in June next year, I would like to suggest that only a final evaluation is conducted at the beginning of 2020
The findings and recommendations will inform the design of a new project to commence as of July 2020.
Kind regards
Olga
