It is recommended to develop a project concept, which could become part of the GEF-7 resource mobilization in PNG.

Management takes note of the recommendation to develop a project concept to mobilize resources from GEF-7 cycle to further help Conservation and Environment Protection Authority in developing its capacity to monitor the environment and store, manage and report this environmental information. In particular to focus on improving the monitoring of environmental indicators that are part of international reporting obligations under MEAs ratified by PNG.
